About Us

A new and exciting fine arts center that brings high quality live arts events, instruction, participation, performance and display in all the arts areas to the western New York and lake shore area at a low cost and in a relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere.

Location: Third floor of the First Presbyterian Church at 49 S Portage St, Westfield, NY 14787

The center includes the Jacqueline Phillips Theater, Bill Ross Recital Hall and the Brenda Eno Art Gallery. The center is open daily from 10-3.
